Chartered Surveyors Voluntary Service (CSVS)
The CSVS is a registered Charity set up to offer free but Professional property advice to those who ordinarily would not be able to afford such help. Typically, residential landlord and tenant disputes, dampness and other building defects are areas where help is more commonly required.
This service is specifically for clients of the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) who assess by way of means testing whether their clients are eligible for this free advice.
Peter Cunliffe and one of our Consultants, Philip Wilson, are both founding members of the CSVS and still sit on its Steering Group.
